There are no additional shipping charges at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing Time

  • Ready-made jackets: Processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom-size jackets: Processing may take 5–7 business days due to production requirements.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We use reliable and trusted courier services, including:

  • UPS

The shipping carrier is selected based on your location and service availability.

Estimated delivery time after shipment is 5-7 business days (may vary),

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

JacketsDen is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:

Customs & Duties (If Applicable)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
