30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and unworn
The item must be in its original condition
All tags and packaging must be intact
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Return shipping costs
Exchange shipping costs
Any customs duties (if applicable)

JacketsDen does not provide prepaid return labels.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-size jackets
Jackets ordered in the wrong size by the customer
Used, damaged, or altered items
Final sale items (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing the order. We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart carefully.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges within 30 days under the same eligibility conditions mentioned above.

Customers must cover all shipping costs for exchanges.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the issue

We will review the claim and provide a resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 7 days of placing the order, subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation within 3 days: Eligible for a refund with a 20% deduction from the total order amount.
Cancellation after 3 days but within 7 days: Eligible for a refund with a 40% deduction from the total order amount.
Cancellation requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Deductions cover processing fees, transaction charges, and production preparation costs.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
