Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 7 days of placing the order, subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation within 3 days: Eligible for a refund with a 20% deduction from the total order amount.

• Cancellation after 3 days but within 7 days: Eligible for a refund with a 40% deduction from the total order amount.

• Cancellation requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Deductions cover processing fees, transaction charges, and production preparation costs.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
